Qualifications required: A BA / BSc or M.Sc. / MBA degree preferably in Business Marketing or in related fields.

The role of the KTP Associate will help identify business improvements and optimisation, and will help with the expansion and scale into new markets by enhancing existing and introducing new management capabilities.
Essential skills required:•An awareness of process/project management and anunderstanding of performance metrics and measurements.
•Strong analytical skills, enthusiasm, and self-starter drive.
•Think innovatively and fit in with the company culture.
•Capable of working proactively and autonomously, as well as in a team.
•Strong communication skills for public speaking and ableto facilitate group engagement activities.
•Experience using enterprise management technology(CRM, ERP, MRP) or process modelling software isdesirable but not essential.
•Experience in the retail industry is an advantage, but not essential.

The position is a 24-month fixed term contract, which includes management and business skills training provided by the national KTP programme and a further £2k per annum dedicated training budget tailored towards your personal development.
