About the role: This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a collaborative partnership between UWE Bristol and Sysmax under the Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) programme.
Based locally in Guildford, Surrey, Sysmax Limited are a highly-skilled, professional enterprise management systems provider. At Sysmax they have developed a comprehensive suite of products that help their clients evaluate competency, improve performance, and deliver compliance across their business. Clients include PepsiCo, Shell, BP, Talisman and Premier.
With specialist support from the academic team at UWE Bristol Business School, you will lead on a 24-month project to develop and embed the necessary management capabilities and leadership skills required to grow the company in line with its strategic ambitions, and increase its effectiveness and productivity in a scalable and sustainable way.

This is a full-time, 24 month fixed-term post, working 37 hours per week, based in Surrey.
