We are seeking a Project Manager to support the development of the Documentary Film Council (DFC), a new national organisation for the UK documentary community. This project represents an exciting opportunity to establish a new democratic infrastructure for the sector, one that will facilitate coordinated action on the issues that matter, and help build a more sustainable, diverse and inclusive documentary culture and industry.

The project is supported by the Arts and Humanities Research Council and represents Follow-on Funding for the UK Feature Documentary Project (https://ukfd.org.uk) which first proposed the DFC concept in a series of high profile policy reports.
Where is this role based?
This post is based at our City Campus in Bristol city centre which comprises of Bower Ashton Studios, Arnolfini, Spike Island and Watershed and is home to UWE Bristol's creative and cultural subjects. Through a combination of University sites and partnerships with creative and cultural organisations in the city, we have developed a network of cultural and creative spaces. These enable our students and staff to develop their professional practice in inspiring learning environments as well as provide opportunities for creative collaboration and networking.

This is a part-time, fixed-term post for seven months, working 30 hours per week.
We are hoping to interview week commencing 13 February 2023.
