The Recruitment and Outreach Department are responsible for the planning, implementation and delivery of a range of events and activities to ensure the University meets its domestic student recruitment targets. We also contribute towards University widening participation targets through a range of outreach activities. The team are currently looking for 2 candidates to work on a full-time, fixed-term basis.
About the post: As a Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of a range of student recruitment and outreach events and activities, including but not limited to: undergraduate and postgraduate open days; offer holder days, selection events, taster days, student conferences, campus visits etc.
As part of this role you will also support the recruitment and training of student ambassadors and supervise ambassadors at events. You will be able to demonstrate excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with professional and academic colleagues across the institution to ensure events and activities are delivered in line with recruitment strategies and plans.
You will demonstrate a positive, proactive and customer focused approach to deliver an excellent enquirer and applicant experience in all recruitment and outreach events and activities.
