Based within our leading Business School, the successful Team Entrepreneurship programme area has an opportunity for an additional Team Entrepreneurship Coach on a 12 month contract basis who can contribute fully to the life of the programme and to the development of new programmes and activities adopting the team entrepreneurship approach.
Responsibilities will include coaching one or more team company and supporting a range of learning activities. There will also be opportunities to be involved in the further development of the programme as well as new programmes and offerings as appropriate.
About you: We are seeking candidates who will thrive on the challenge of working in this growing and fast paced area and we will offer ongoing training and support in return. You should be creative, flexible and committed to life-long learning. You should be able to evidence the ability and desire to support ‘learning by doing’, team-based approach to learning and the desire of working collaboratively as part of a team of coaches.
You will have experience of, and an interest in, coaching, supporting self-managed learning and supporting the development of business ventures. You should also be comfortable and credible in dealing with a range of learners on the undergraduate team entrepreneurship programme.
