About the role:
UWE Bristol’s Marketing, Events and Tourism (MET) department delivers an innovative, practice-led curriculum, where research informs teaching practice. Our team has a range of well-established stakeholder engagement activities regionally, nationally, internationally and we are seeking someone who can contribute fully to our departmental research, teaching and external engagement. MET is a vibrant and growing team, currently comprising of 40 academic members of staff.
The role will focus on optimising the best learning outcomes for our students by delivering exceptional teaching and learning on academic programmes. You will also engage in research. knowledge exchange or other activities that enhance and inform teaching design and curriculum development.
About you:
To flourish in this role, you will be confident, outgoing and comfortable working as part of a team who teaches large modules, as well as working independently on smaller, specialist marketing modules.

You will hold a postgraduate qualification in a relevant discipline, be committed to teaching and research and want to make a significant contribution to teaching activities of the group at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.

This is a permanent, full-time role and is available on a job share basis for applicants wishing to work part time
