You will be able to support and maintain software configurations and hardware installations in the student and staff environment and provide a pro-active response to issues as they arise.
You will have knowledge of the equipment and technologies used in the creative industries or experience of a technical support role in the education sector.

This is a role which provides a great deal of variety in the projects you will be working on. You will have the opportunity to work with highly creative colleagues from a wide range of backgrounds and disciplines and be a key part of enabling the faculty to achieve its aims.
