UWE Bristol Hospitality service provides food and drink to over 100,000 customers a week. Spread across 3 campuses we operate 15 outlets, and our focus is delivering great value for money and fantastic service.
We have a fantastic opportunity for three experienced Chef de Partie to join our friendly team and prepare tasty and nutritious meals for our customers. As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for consistently delivering high standards of quality and food presentation whilst working to strict margins.
Experience of working as a Chef de Partie in a fast-paced kitchen is a must, as is having excellent organizational skills and impeccable time management. You must have a competent understanding of all regulations, food hygiene and company specifications.
Where is this role based?
We have two Chef de Partie positions based at our lively Frenchay campus and one position based at our Glenside Campus.
Frenchay campus has excellent transport links; as well as being located near the motorway network we are within walking distance of two train stations, our bus terminus connects us to the local bus and metrobus network and we also have a range of cycling and changing facilities.
Glenside is set within beautiful grounds in Stapleton, just three miles north east of Bristol City Centre. Regular bus services link the campus to the main Frenchay site, the city centre and surrounding areas, and nearby Bristol Parkway train station.

We have three, full time permanent Chef de Partie positions available, working 37 hours per week; two at our Frenchay Campus and one at our Glenside Campus.
