About us: Accommodation Services provide a home to over 5600 students living within our portfolio and in nominated properties. This role will help deliver a high quality service within a customer-focused environment which operates 24/7/365.
Our dedicated maintenance team provide a fast friendly and effective service for the students.

About you: As a Customer Relations Assistant-Maintenance Operations Coordinator, you will be working as part of a team to provide administrative and clerical service with specific functions within maintenance team, including the raising of works requests, responding to students emails, notifying students of works, working from various systems to produce reports, producing purchase orders to contractors.
You are an experienced administrator, with excellent IT skills and can use a variety of MS packages. You are a strong communicator and can convey information in a clear way over the telephone, over email and face-to-face. You are organised and have experience of working with confidential information.
Where is this role based?
This post is predominately based at our lively Frenchay campus where we have invested in the latest facilities and resources to give both our staff and students access to everything they need to succeed.
Travel to other campuses and nominated accommodation buildings will be necessary.

This is a full-time, permanent post, working 37 hours per week.
The postholder are required to be available to work, a mixed shift of alternative hours 7.30 to 15:30 10:00 to 18:30 Monday to Friday, also every other Saturday details will be confirmed at interview.
Weekend working will be required in respect of the main departure and arrival times (Welcome Weekend), Summer turn around and various marketing events (Open Days and Applicant days). Prior notice will be given.
